Beef Jerky

Buffalo Brad says:

 

"Even folks who usually don’t like jerky like mine, because it's different from those store-bought brands. They use meat parts you wouldn't normally eat, chop them up and form them into chunks, then add all sorts of chemicals and MSG.

We slice real steak, 98% lean top round, and marinate it for 24 hours in our natural, special seasonings. Then we hot-air dry it in small, handcrafted batches.

 It's all-natural, healthy and an excellent source of lean protein.
